LIVIAZI LLC Warranty Statement

GETS LLC guarantees that its products are free from defects in construction materials and craftsmanship from the date of delivery for the specified number of years, provided they are used in a residential (non-commercial) environment.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Regular wear and tear

• Accidents

• Misuse

• Natural disasters

• Improper care and storage

Each of our items is as distinctive as the artisan who created it. The small details serve as a reminder that a real person crafted something special for you. Collections made from various hand-finished, natural materials exhibit beautiful, organic variations, irregular distress, occasional oxidations, and color changes. These are normal characteristics that do not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered defects.

WARRANTY DEFINITION

LIVIAZI LLC Limited Warranty is exclusively for indoor and outdoor furniture used in a residential setting and cannot be transferred. The warranty is void if the furniture is used in a commercial or non-household environment, mishandled, improperly cared for, reupholstered, or repaired by anyone other than LIVIAZI LLC. Proper care and usage are crucial to maintain your warranty rights. This warranty applies only to products purchased on or after August 15th,  2024.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If there are any product defects, LIVIAZI LLC will either repair the item or replace it with furniture of equivalent value. Replacement items may not be identical to the original, but will be of equal value and similar style. Cash refunds are not available, and LIVIAZI LLC liability will not exceed the purchase price of the furniture. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, although some states may have different regulations regarding these exclusions. Proof of purchase is required for exchanges or warranty services. Any item repaired or replaced under this warranty will only be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The LIVIAZI Limited Warranty does not include coverage for damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care and storage. Many pieces are handcrafted from natural materials, and their natural variations, irregular distress marks, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations are part of their beauty. These characteristics are normal and do not affect the performance of your furniture, thus they are not covered under this warranty.

Items such as Clearance Items (marked As-Is, Last Chance! Extra Savings, or similarly indicating a final, non-returnable sale), are excluded from this warranty. Furthermore, Rugs, Lighting, Mirrors, Wall Art, Bedding, Decor, and other items not specifically listed are also not covered.

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty and remedy provided by LIVIAZI LLC. No other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are provided, and such warranties are expressly disclaimed. There are no warranties extending beyond those described here. LIVIAZI LLC disclaims all liability for damages based on negligence and strict product liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. This warranty is only extended to the original Purchaser, is non-transferable, and cannot be expanded. Violating this term will void the warranty.
