DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aim to provide a seamless experience from order placement to delivery. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the items purchased and available delivery methods.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Our team is trained to assist you and ensure safe delivery with proper packaging to minimize damage. Should damage occur:

• Retain all original packaging.

• Note damages on the delivery receipt and inform both us and the shipping company immediately.

• Concealed damages must be reported in writing with photos within 72 hours of delivery.

• Accept undamaged items and document any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt.

If damage is noted at delivery and the item is refused, we may send replacement parts, arrange a pickup, or replace the item at our discretion. If you choose to cancel the order instead, refunds, exchanges, or store credits will incur a 15% restocking fee and actual round-trip shipping costs.

Important: Delivery must be signed for by the customer or a designated adult (18+). Inspect items carefully upon delivery. Any damages not noted on the waybill or packaging materials not retained cannot be claimed, and you will need to contact the carrier directly.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
All sales on showroom display models and overstock items are final. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our return policy.

Special Orders (custom colors, options, or models) cannot be canceled or modified after 72 hours of order placement. Lead times are estimates, and delays due to factors beyond our control, such as backorders, material shortages, or customs inspections, are not grounds for cancellation. Approved cancellations will be issued a credit memo number, which must be provided for refund status inquiries.

DELAYS
Production and shipping delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or holidays. We provide accurate lead times and will notify you promptly of any changes. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

REFUSAL TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
If delivery is refused for reasons other than damage or defects, the customer will be responsible for all outbound and return shipping charges, which will be deducted from any refund issued.

Ensure the product will fit through doors or stairwells before placing an order. If delivery fails due to size issues, return shipping costs will apply.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance. Liviazi reserves the right to refuse services, limit order quantities, or withdraw from the transaction within 3 days of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your order, the funds will be immediately refunded to the card used for the purchase.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, bank transfers, checks, money orders, and PayPal. Payments must be made in US dollars, and all invoices must be paid in full before delivery.
