Our Story

Liviazi Interiors is a sister company of Pionarch Design and Construction

We’ve been working in the design industry for 25 years and 12 of those years was to fully establish Pionarch Design and Construction. Pionarch got inspired by a client type that needs the full turnkey experience.

Interior design and specifications is a complex process that requires the highest level of attention to every small detail, therefore it requires highly qualified, process oriented individuals and vendors to support the idea of a design, procurement and a “white-glove” delivery services. Liviazi not only provides design services supported by Pionarch’s architectural and construction services but offers purchasing of products and assistance during scheduled installation and delivery date.

Our Designer Philosophy

The zeal for design comes from an inner need to experience beautiful forms and colors in buildings and objects. It is a constant desire to create pleasant experiences. Our eyes see shapes, textures and colors and our minds organize them into a pleasant composition on paper.

That same composition of items and finishes transfers into 3 dimensional spaces and in turn becomes a lifestyle experience. Our passion for organizing these forms is boundless, and it has been the driving force behind the development of this brand and the company’s vision.

When we see the design we created, it leaves us with a smile and a sense of fulfillment. Our ultimate goal is to evoke this same feeling in you when you experience the space we’ve created. We are confident that our well-crafted design will leave you feeling happy and satisfied.

The most wanted award for a designer is to become famous for their unique style, however, is this truly what matters? Ultimately, the most rewarding feeling is to be recognized by those for whom we have created the space.

Space Philosophy

The character of the space has to reflect the need and the journey one takes to experience its function and aesthetics. In the end, it is the client that will need to function in that space and it is their needs that should be met.

What if the client is anonymous, as it is in public spaces? Each public space serves a purpose. A person experiences the space through wayfinding during progression or pausing moments of rest and leisure. Those pausing moments are where it is important to bring people’s attention to something interesting like a view, an object, or the comfort of privacy. Pausing moments are opportunities to create luxurious experiences.
