Stock Furniture, Revivals, Poufs, & Rugs
You have 14 days to return the above items. Many of our products are handcrafted from natural materials, showcasing unique variations such as irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These natural characteristics do not affect the item’s performance and are not considered defects. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns.
Non-Furniture Items
This category includes items damaged through normal wear and tear, uninstalled lighting, mirrors, bedding, decor, textile, rugs, and tabletop items. Returns are accepted within 30 days. Bedding must be unused and in its original packaging.
Custom Special-Order Merchandise
These items are made to your specifications and go into production once your order is placed. A 50% deposit may be required at purchase, which is non-refundable if you cancel, return, or exchange the item for reasons other than manufacturer defects or transit damage.
Clearance Items, Direct Ship Artwork, Fresh Décor, One-of-a-Kind Items.
These items are not eligible for return. If refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
DAMAGE AND INSPECTION POLICY
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
Inspect your product as soon as it is delivered. Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Damages not reported within 7 days of delivery will be accepted as-is and will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If the damage is not recorded on the delivery receipt, it will be considered as caused by the customer and will not be covered under this warranty. Returned damaged items will be fully refunded. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Proof of Purchase Required
To process refunds or merchandise credit for eligible items, a valid proof of purchase is necessary. We accept any of the following as proof of purchase:

The original paper or gift receipt

An electronic receipt

The original packing slip with the order number visible

The order number
REFUNDS AND CREDITS

Taxes will be refunded.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item has a manufacturer defect or was damaged during transit.

Restocking and redelivery fees will apply to items returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. The restocking fee does not apply to non-furniture items listed above.

If items are refused for any reason other than a manufacturer defect or damage, applicable restocking and delivery fees will be charged.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, except for cash and check purchases, which will be refunded via a corporate check, taking up to 15 business days. Purchases made with a rewards certificate will forfeit the reward unless an exchange of equal or greater value is made at the time of return.

Ensure that your furnishings will fit through all doorways, hallways, and into the intended space. Items returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded as a store gift card, minus delivery and restocking fees.

For items picked up from your home, refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, which can take up to 30 days depending on the location.
