Our process

Based on the project size, you may be able to send us measurements of your room if it is for a small project. Most of the time you will need us to come out and do the measurements of the space for creating the backgrounds needed for new design ideas.

We design your space through 3D floor plans, elevations, renderings and video “walk-throughs”. Renderings and videos are optional and are not required to create a good design. They are often very helpful for our clients to see the full picture.

We select finishes, furniture and accessories for your project. Sometimes we offer store meetings if the project requires or the client feels is necessary.

After the design is completed, we often send it to the client for approvals. A formal sign-off is required. After the client’s approval, no other changes can be made. The client decides if they would like to continue the project into the procurement stage in which process we assist.We select finishes, furniture and accessories for your project. After the client signs off on the design, we enter a purchasing contract. A 50% deposit is required for us to begin ordering the products. The deposit is non-refundable.

We purchase all products for you or you purchase through the links we send.

Right before the delivery is scheduled we require payment in full. The funds are non-refundable as everything will be ordered.

If you chose to go with a “white glove delivery” this means you would like to have us order everything for you. All the items will be delivered at the same time during scheduled hours.

We come during construction and installation to make sure everything is executed as planned and placed per drawings.
