1. Initial Call

During our initial call we find out about your project and your needs and see if we are the right fit.

2. Budget on the Fly

During the first meeting we gather information about your furniture preferences and create a budget for your products.

3. Proposal Based on Budget

We create a proposal for you based on the scope of work we establish. After our proposal presentation you would need to put a deposit for design and we can go to the next steps which is scheduling measurements.

4. Measurements

Based on the project size, you may be able to send us measurements of your room if it is for a small project. Most of the time you will need us to come out and do the measurements of the space for creating the backgrounds needed for new design ideas.

5. Layouts & Renderings

We design your space through 3D floor plans, elevations, renderings and video “walk-throughs”. Renderings and videos are optional and are not required to create a good design. They are often very helpful for our clients to see the full picture.

6. Selecting Items & Pricing

We select finishes, furniture and accessories for your project. Sometimes we offer store meetings if the project requires or the client feels is necessary.

7. Client Approvals

After the design is completed, we often send it to the client for approvals. A formal sign-off is required. After the client’s approval, no other changes can be made. The client decides if they would like to continue the project into the procurement stage in which process we assist. We select finishes, furniture and accessories for your project. Sometimes we offer store meetings if the project requires or the client feels is necessary.

8. Procurement & Installation Contract

Once the client approves the final design, we proceed with the purchasing contract. Full payment is required before we begin ordering products. Please note that this payment is non-refundable.

9. Procurement & Ordering

We begin acquiring all specified items. Depending on your preference, we can purchase everything on your behalf, or you can place the orders directly using the links we provide.

10. Delivery Coordination

As we prepare for delivery and installation, we’ll confirm all logistics and schedule a convenient date with you. At this stage, all products will have been ordered and are in transit or ready for delivery.

11. Receive Items at Trusted Receiver

If you chose to go with a “white glove delivery” this means you would like to have us order everything for you. All the items will be delivered at the same time during scheduled hours.

12. Delivery/Installation & Photography

We come during construction and installation to make sure everything is executed as planned and placed per drawings.
